to place orders with Synergy Online Ordering. Synergy
Online Ordering is fully customizable
allowing you to make a reorder list that can be
sent to your stock room, create shopping lists for quicker ordering,
set budgets and make GL coded item lists. Our Sales Representatives, when on the road, place orders with a remote access ordering system called Sales Pro.
In a world that is going "Green"
we also offer emailed invoicing. Every
invoice that goes out to the customer gets stored electronically on a backup system with its own bar
coded proof of delivery. From inside the office to out in the warehouse, the technology continues with a fully bar
coded warehousing system, that makes things more organized for improved inventory control. The routing of our trucks is done on an electronic system that optimizes our routes to get orders to customers quicker. Every truck is tracked in the office through a GPS
system.
All Sales Representatives, Drivers and Managers are equipped with cell phones so they can be reached at all times. Most Sales Representatives have
BlackBerries so they can receive emails while on the road.
